Il Bed and Breakfast "Il Priscio" is located on the first floor of an ancient building (1940s) in the historic San Pasquale district, near the Bari Polytechnic and a short walk from the center and Central Station, in an area served by numerous clubs, bars, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets and well connected to the rest of the city by numerous bus lines.
Completely renovated (early 2019), with new furniture, systems and equipment, the bed and breakfast offers two large double rooms (also for single use), with private bathroom and balcony, with a series of facilities designed to ensure a comfortable stay: beds with latest generation latex mattresses, clean linen and towels, smart TV with free access to Amazon Prime Video, air conditioning / heat pump (managed independently), mini-fridge, wardrobe with chest of drawers, bedside tables with dimmable "touch control" type lamps or spotlights , a large mirror and a table with two chairs, while a hairdryer and personal hygiene products are available in the bathroom.
In the common area, an induction hob, a microwave oven, an electric moka coffee maker and a water boiler are available to guests, as well as plates, wine glasses, cups and glasses, as well as coffee mocha, instant coffee, powdered chocolate, tea, chamomile.
Furthermore, a free wi-fi internet connection is available throughout the hotel, while a cable connection is also available in the rooms, especially for business guests.
On reservation (with an additional cost) it is possible to have our abundant breakfast (which is served in the common area, but which can be consumed in the room) which varies daily, and favors typical products and traditional homemade recipes, elaborated with the usual domestic care.
If you arrive by car, you can find free parking in the streets around the b&b, but you can eventually use the partner garage located 150 meters away. from the structure (by reservation) at a cost of € 15 per day.
If you arrive by train or by plane, from Piazza A. Moro (Piazza Stazione Centrale) you can easily reach the apartment with a walk of about ten minutes, or with bus n. 21 or 22 (Lattanzio-di Savoia stop).
Check-in is allowed from 14:00 to 21:00.
If necessary, it is possible to check-in outside the scheduled times, but, for organizational reasons, it is necessary to communicate it at least 24 hours in advance, and it could be done in "self check-in" mode.
The "self check-in" can also be done when the arrival time is not communicated in advance, or in case of early/late arrival compared to the communicated time, or in case of unavailability of the owner. In case of "self check-in" simple instructions will be communicated in advance.
In case of earlier arrival than the check-in time, the room may not be ready, however you can leave your luggage and collect the keys. In any case, it is not allowed leave the luggage before 10.30 am (to give previous guests the possibility to check-out in peace).
Check-out must be strictly done before 10 am; in case of need, upon request, it is possible to leave the luggage in the structure for a few hours,
